Kalaburagi, July. 20: Ashoka Bhovi, the owner of the city’s Ashoka Complex and president of the State Bhovi Society, has passed away today.
According to sources from his family, he had been suffering from heart disease for some days and died of a heart attack at 1.30 pm today.
He had recently waived the last three months of rent in his complex by paying about 60 shops (about Rs 10 lakh).
He leaves behind two children, a wife and a relative.
